No. The Database is in your Game-Folder. It's a local Database.

If you want a Online Database you have to use MySQL.

May I take a look at the documentation beforehand? And are there differences between your dll and GSTsqlite from nfs42? Or is the amount paid also for a custom created database including content? Sorry if I misunderstood.

Yes, you are right. You get a special DLL with a special database for your special game. Including content.
That's the reason why no general documentation exists.

I think there are no differences between this solution and GSTsqlite from nfs42.
If you know a little bit about SQL you can create your own system with GSTsqlite.
Otherwise... i can do it for you.
