I can only confirm with what Inestical said, maybe rework the mesh abit. Creating an almost perfect mesh is a must for creating decent animations !! This may sound logical but it isn't as easy as it sounds and especially with organic modeling. You're and the right track definitly but refining it is the hard part, the result will otherwise suffer underneed this lack
Btw, the hand seemed abit acward in right top view of your image but I guess that's due to the perspective visualisation ^^
