hi,

First to avoid misunderstandings. I have a player and an enemy.

- The player has a c_trace that traces down just below his feet. If this trace hits the enemy the enemy his death animation is called an his passable is set to on.

- When the player hits the enemy, f.e walking into him, the player dies.

Now sometimes when I jump not ontop of the enemy but land just infront of te enemy. The program shuts itself down. When I start the game in the SED and do the same thing not only the game shuts itself down but the SED program to.

Is this beaucose the c_trace and the collision detection ??

- One other think. When I land ontop of the enemy and his death animation is called he then lays on the ground and his passable is set to on. But its like theres still something that keeps me in the air. I'm still at the same height I was when I jumped ontop of the enemy?? I should beaucose the passable of the enemy is set to on, fall on the ground right?

Hopefully someone would/could have a solution for this 2 problems of my

thanks

Did you set "ignore_passable" in the c_trace instruction?
