If I were jealous I wouldn't have posted, I'm concerned that a warez user would get away with using it(warez).

Nole I didn't say you were jealous what I am saying is that you clam it was warez with out proof. It's like yelling stop thief! at a person just because they were running down the street.
I am concerned about those who use warez too.But without proof any concerns should be sent to Conitec by email in instead claming someone is a thief publicly. I know I would not like it if it happen to me and I am sure you would not like it if it happen to you.
I alway though in the U.S.A a preson is innocent until proven guilty or is that just for the ones with money and power.

First of all, if someone claimed I used a warez version I'd send Conitec the info they needed to prove it wrong. This person should do the same. And jus' so you know, I don't exactly believe in every one of the US laws.

RAFU: Either that or there's an increase in warez users ![[Roll Eyes]](images/icons/rolleyes.gif) I'd say the latter is more true than the former... but you never know.

All I can go by is my personal experiences. In most cases I want what I pay for ... meaning I ALWAYS update my software and OS to the latest unless there is a very, very good reason not to. Usually there are tremendous bug fixes and even added extras in the updates. So, for me, it is very strange to see people with an expensive piece of software (like 3D GameStudio Pro) and have an older edition (like v5.203). It makes very little sense. Especially when there tends to be wonderful "goodies" tucked away in every upgrade Conitec makes.
My guess is that, as 3D GameStudio gains more popularity (and look at the number of users registered on this forum) there will be an increase in warez users posting here.
Still, having said that, let's not go crazy and on a witch hunt either. Let the moderators and Conitec people call some one a warez user. You guys can ask the right questions to try and help identify them (i.e. "What version of 3DGS do you have? Have you upgraded? Have you downloaded the PDF manuals?), but let's stop the name calling and the "gotcha" statements. Let someone like me be the bad guy (I'm willing to take the heat).

Thank you Dan. I would just like to add that you can send me warez information directly: dposton@conitec.net Please only send email *if* you are fairly certain that the person in question is a warez owner and, no, I will not answer technical questions by email or PM. ![[Wink]](images/icons/wink.gif)
