Hi,
I have a commercial version of A6 (and a team copy). I installed the upgrade to 6.5. I am a teacher at a high school and I made a little demo opening where the game starts up and plays a little quicktime movie, then displays a picture, and then another movie clip before it opens the game.
We received a new computer and I had to install the program on it. When I went to open WED it said something like: Nothing would be rendered. The computer was running at a low quality and that I should install the Direct X SDK". This is a Dell Core 2 Duo with 2 GB Ram and a Quadro 540 graphics card on Windows XP, but it also was set up by our school district, so they may have changed things.
I downloaded and installed the latest SDK. Now the program opens, but when I build my sample game it plays very slowly and the screen doesn't refresh right. I figure there must be some setting somewhere in the Direct X utilities that I need to adjust.
The computer is pretty standard, and the game compiles and runs on other computers, so it must be a setting somewhere.
Can anyone help?

Thanks,
Pat

Guess the DirectX 9c redist and or current drivers for your nvidia video card must be installed.
