My system is a HP semperon AMD machine with proprietry HP systems embedded and I cannot for the life of me track down any Acklog text files as some process intercepts all logs from DX devices and places them somewhere under a new name or includes them in a file so that the name is inaccessable to the OS search feature.

Have also tried with a run time parameter -diag but no joy.

Can any one help me out here?

Don't know what process you meant, but how about trying to disable it?

Thanks for the response mate Yeah, Ive tried that a couple of times and had to reinstall (now I know why this series never did any good on the market), other bits reinstall themselves and system slowdown occurs.

I thought someone might have worked on a similar system and found a way to track the log files.
Wierd thing is, I can find Acklog text of some demo scenes from other users so may be I dont know enough about generating an Acklog text file.

[EDIT] Well I dont know what I did but I now have my first Acklog.txt file
