Again back in action

I've forgotten a lot and have stupid question/situation
Why my model is changing scale during animation

Anaimation is simple jump (with changing tilt) from jump0 to jump1 (2 frames)
In med is OK, but in action... first model is smaller and smaller after 50% bigger and bigger and at the and of animation is at scale =1.
And only _z scale is changing.
What's going on?
