just start making a litle game that looks realy easy
and soon you will ask use to fix it and after knowing hunders of snipets you wont have much problems more only if you start learing somthing news like mp, psyshic engine, shaders, pp, enz.
and realy dont forget to ask if you realy cant fix the problem

Next is you need a game idea, try to make the game, if you don't know how to achieve something, read the manual -> read AUM (strongly suggest) -> search the forum -> ask forum users -> read the manual. You will skill up through the make and learn process.
