Hi there,
First, I'm trying to get a shadow from Dynamic light but it doesn't work, there is no shadow at all, I tried to use Spotligh but there is no shadow either.
Second, when I use Sun in my level, entities cast shadow even if the sun is doesn't reach the models (in another word, I have a model in a room, and there is no sun light in this room but the shadow is exist).

any help is really appreciated.

It's weird that no one answer, I wonder is it too difficult or the question is not clear, if it is not clear please tell me to explain it in more detail.

This is because spotlights only cast stencil shadows, also the sun. Stencil shadows aren't made for shadowing a whole scene. They should only be used for Players or other small objects which are moving because they are very slow.

Then there is the static shadowmapping. Which isn't influenced by dynamic lights. The lightmap is not created in real time. For realtime lightning you need shaders and methodes like variance shadowmapping,...
You should find out the differenc between static, good looking lightning and the dynamic shadows which aren't looking that great but are dynamic. The manual explains this in detail.
