we used following software:
3dsmax for modelling vray for lightmapping max2gs for exporting smee for shading photoshop for texturing MED/WED/SED for putting it all together
we had 3 weeks time to got the job done (during our freetime), which forced us to go through some sleepless nights <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />
it's an 12-room penthouse with 2 floors placed at a very privileged location in zurich.
in the application it is possible to change materials of the bathroom floor and the kitchen. A Screenshot function is also implemented.
comments and crits are welcome

A very small point that I find irritating is the acceleration of the movement. Maybe, it is because of my fps experience.

I meant my first person shooter experience (fps)! I think the acceleration is coded, not an issue of the frames per second.

The issue is directly related to level design where you did not acurately place the blocks but rather, overlapped them causing the textures of some elements to 'flicker' in and out of camera view depending on distance and angle to the camera.
Right after the starting point you can see itwhen looking through the door at the left, it is the lower rim of the window near the bed. It is upstairs, when looking from the living room to the kitchen, it is the cooking surface, and the lower edge of the door and the stones of the balcony.
