hello there,

is there a way to calculate the position (x,y,z) of an screen entity depending on the set camera.arc and video_mode (=resolution)?
it is almost impossible to place screen ents resolution-independent on the screen!

any ideas and suggestions are welcome!

thanks!

Make a second view and set the arc to a certain value. The connect all view entities via the client ID to that view and the position, etc. won't change when camera.arc is changing.

Yes, if you go the view entity way. But you can do that with panels, too, of course.

That's really a nice trick, HeelX. Thanks for sharing!
