Hi I´ve made a model in MED, exported it to 3ds , opened it up in 3d studio max, applyied some basic material in its faces, exported to 3ds again, imported it to MED and it looks fine until here, BUT after saving it to the normal .mdl and started the game my model is TRANSPARENT!
Go to the skins menu and edit material or something like it and set opacity or alpha to 100 percent ( don't know the exact names right now as I don't have MED at my disposition at school )
@harry3174 I have not use any image at all, just materials from max
@Cartoon_baboon I havent tried it yet, but i THINK that the alpha is already at 100% =/
@quadraxas crap the whole point is to skinmap them in Max, which is easier than MED. Will work if i use textures in max then export to med? instead of materials?
The model has not any skins yet. I was just doing some tests with exporting the model with materials from max to MED. the whole point is to make texturing/skinmapping easier, which Im finding out that max is easier than MED, although i cant use max´s materials.

please dont use default materials of max. Which matrials you want to give, frist make that type of bmp and take this bmp in diffuce as map. Then put uvw map on object from modifires and then turn in colleps all and then export.
