every other model I place into the level editor has properly working texture normals; The player however...

when I load the player in the textures look fine UNTIL I play the game, then the normals (for some reason) seem to be flipped and the player looks inside out.


now I am running 2 seperate textures, 1 for the clothes and 1 for the body.

Can anyone help me?

a friend tells me that I may have to turn off my backface cull... but how do I do that?

I fixed the model and it still fks up... I don't understand why?!
