Hi all

I am making some good progress. The main problem I have, is that there are many really great tutorials such as Grimber's (in download section) but they use C Script and it can be awkward when you are learning Lite C. Grimbers tutorial is a FPS and he details the code and level in clear and easy to understand form. Who is this man, is he a god or what ?

BTW: I have used Irlicht with Code::Blocks. It has even less documentation but it is free and does work rather well.

I am sticking with Lite C. I note that there are some good things in the pipeline such as classes and even a C# wrapper.

If know German language you can check out a paper by HeelX, RUDI game development workshop (haven't read it, but it looks like it is a good reference)

Generally Lite-C is similar to C-script, so Grimber's tutorials will help too If you'll have further questions, ask and you will likely get help on this forum

dracula the fps turtiols on the dwonload site part 1 to 4 is pretty good to but outdate

lite-c is around one year old now so maby its time there are getting new tutiorls

the new aums are lite-c and have good turtiols

Actually Rudi by HeelX is a finished game(i'm not talking about all the levels and stuff, i mean it works). There is also a small game Beat em up in Lite-C Contributions forum. But don't expect to see many other games written in lite-c because it's new, and people need time to adapt. Don't like me deleting your posts - contact admins of this forum. Got some problems with code - post them, and perhaps people will help you. Also now you're about to learn something new, that will help you in future for sure. I introduce you the Edit button - ultimate tool for expressing lots on feelings and phylosophy within one post.

Has anyone tested my code or just continued not to take my word for it?
