Arg. I just tried to merge two posts in the user contributions forum. Unfortunately the forum software placed the post, which was supposed to be the first, at the end of the thread. I cannot delete that post, however, because the forum software keeps telling me that it is the first post in the thread and that posts are attached to it already (although it's obviously the last one).
Are there updates available that fix that bug (is it a known one), etc.?
