I just installed the upgrade and own the extra version. On install it put up the shortcut for sed and not wed. On install project manager was working until I reboot and now it isn't lit up or working. Have seen others with same problem!

If a program ceases to work after rebooting, I'd first suspect that something damaged the installation. Re-install it, but do a thorough virus check on the PC first! There is always a reason for such a problem.

In case of WED you can also post the wed.log here - that gives some info which part of the installation does not work.
