So far since my birthday, I have been shot down 3 times by shareit for buying 3DGS pro A7. If this last time gets shot down, i'm canceling out the order and will move on to another game authoring system instead. I have NEVER in all my ordering products online NEVER DECLINED WITHOUT A REASON FOR THE DECLINE! It has been 10 days and a fourth order gone through which will more than likely be declined without any reasoning. Once this happens, i'll wait to purchase any game authoring system and will gladly pay more for an authoring system than get shoddy incompetent service as has been given.

Have you tried an email to them or posted in the ask conetic forum about your problem.

I've called shareit today, they still have it in the accounting department. I have had one problem buying airline tickets for $1,600+ on my card the first time I went to buy and that was solved within minutes of the first shoot down. In no way, shape or form could this be lack of funding, I have the funds backing it up to charge $928. Shareit must be royality and my card the card of a pauper to them. The past three shoot downs, ALL have had no reason backing up why I cannot make the purchase and I will NOT go through another way to buy this, if I can't do business the way I have conducted business with countless other businesses then this company is simply too good for my money.

update: I've canceled the order completely, I have a copy of The Offical Guide to 3d Gamestudio by Michael Duggan, i'm going to head down to one of the used bookstores and sell it as I won't need this. I bought another game authoring system. What a waste of time on my part to study up on this only to run into an unknown billing problem. Oh well, this is what happens when a customer has to work to buy a product.

However, we have no influence on share-it's credit card acceptance policy, so we can't help you with this problem. They are subsidiary of Digital River, the biggest online store system, and have their own fraud detection method. I suppose your credit card is on their black list.

The reason for this is not necessarily lack of funds. It can also be that your credit card was noticed for problems in the past, such as your mentioned ticket purchase problem or complaints resulting in canceled or withdrawn payments.

Whatever the reason, they won't tell you, for legal reasons. But you'll probably not be able to pay with this credit card in many Internet stores. When you encounter this problem the next time, offer them a different payment method, such as paypal, cheque, or wire transfer.
