Apparently, JCL is in holidays (that is normal) and there is nobody else from Conitec (that is worrying)

Is it time to try Shiva or C4 engine ?

Doesn´t jcl usually announce holidays? Support doesn´t seem to answer either this week. Is jcl also solely responsible for support? Is this a one person company now? Hm...

Does it matter? I think Conitec is one of the very few companies where the developpers frequently talk directly to it's users.

you can always try shiva, since the PLE is free and comes without virtually any restriction. it's worth it. and, as you are living in france, you might be pretty happy with the mostly french-speaking community and developers.

I know what you mean. When you have hit a road block where you are waiting for help perhaps the best idea is to find another part of your game to work on. Just be patient and dont switch engines just yet and your answer will come soon. Ironically you will probably not need Conitec at all, you will probably figure out a new way of solving the problem. I wish I could help you out more.
