This is a nice model that I was going to use in my Rpg it is fully textured, but a bit big!

The shapes are really simple and the texture WAY too blured (low texture size).
This is not hi-quality at all!

I agree, you might want to look into learning texturing with 1024x1024 or 512 maps (maybe even 256 if this were an over head rts. (kiyaku sounded mean, actually hes just trying to help :P) currently it looks like something that could be made with a textere that is about 64x64 or even 32x32.

Also maybe dont use blocks ,and use models so you can add more detail to it.

looks like one of the models I somewhen found on some page... There were several like this with a similar "high" quality :P

Sure, calling this "HI-quality" is a bit overprized. But for use above a certain distance (flightsim or RTS) its ok.
