Hi, I have a Geforce 8600 GT video card, 2 GB of ram and a AMD Athlon 4400+ X2 (2.4 ghz duelcore processor). I am not sure if this is a bug with this hardware or what, but when ever i try to run a level in WED it always lags so much it is unplayable. When I check the FPS it says anything between 31 to 680, but no matter what number it is, it still lags a whole lot. If anyone knows whats wrong I would greatly appreciate it.

"Lag" is a normally a notion from network games and means the time between input and reaction due to the message travel time. So I'm not sure what you're talking about here. Maybe bad frame rate? Your 3D card is fine and the engine has no such thing as lag. If you suffer from lag, I recommend doing some sports, such as table tennis.

Try this:

Go File->Preferences, click on that folder icon where it says: "Video Out" and check "gxl2dx8a.dll" for both 2d and 3d view. I have a similar graphics card and for some reason directx9 would give me extremely low fps in the wed views...
