What are the specs of your PC? I don't have such issues. I did hear people mention problems with laptop graphics cards, but I never saw a screenshot of that.

Perhaps it's just a driver issue, but there definitely are some known graphical issues in Fallout3, rumor has it the first patch will be released within a month from now to fix those,

I also don't expirience such issues, though, in order to run it on my PC, I disabled almost all graphic effects whatsoever... maybe it's an error in some of the highres shaders.

Other than that, I had similar errors some time before and solved it by completely uninstalling the graphic drivers and DirectX and reinstalling them (and no, just over-installing them didn't help).

yep, a driver update solved it all. runs fine with forceware 178.24
