I'm a crazy surrealist painter who occasionally writes books. My preferred method of 3d world creation is my old A6 3d Gamestudio. I'm not a great programmer but I've writing a demo to go with the release of my second book around Nov 20th. The book is "Virtual Pleasures", half of it takes place in a virtual Penthouse, some shots of which are shown below. In addition to posting this demo, I'd like to host an author event in 2nd Life, but can't because I don't own land and can't afford to buy any OR rent from someone. I don't mean to be off topic, but can anyone help? The 3d Gamestudio produced demo game will be available on all the usual 3d demo websites when the book comes out. Thanks. im not sure exactlly what your asking for , could you plz be more specific about the help you need.

Specifically, I'm wondering if anyone on the forum has land in second life where I can hold an author event when my book comes out. I'm new at second life, but from what I understand you have to own land or know someone who does. It has to be somewhere with a little open space I think. I'll reread the faq.
I just wanted to announce it in there events canlendar, then be there, set up a table and a chair (That I have!) and pass out some nots about it and a sample chapter.
