if you ask me ... and no one has , there should be a for sale section in the forums , where users can post there goods. because offering something to me at a price is definately NOT contributing something to me

Well, I never sort of liked it as I'm a sucker for free stuff, but for now it's probably the best place.

The thing I don't like is that it's exploited to advertise products.. I'm not against people making money at all, but it does seem a bit 'wrong'.

im not against people trying to make money either , if i was good enough at modeling i might try it too , but i think there should be a proper place for it

the second of course there shouldnt be for sale items in the contributions area, so adding a sale section makes sense... didnt looked close enough at your post

this complicates things when someone who's been offering something for free wants to start selling it, or vice versa.

i don't mind since people usually put [SELL] next to their item, so it's easy to visually filter one from the other. also, i doubt there would be enough [SELL] items to justify their own forum.

it would be 90% stuff from DEX.

i meant to vote now, but got confused. This has already been hashed over several times that right now the contributions is the most logical place for it, and the typical convention is to add [sell] or [free] in front of your contribution.
