This is a layered PSD file created using the CS4 demo of Photoshop. I want to start practicing creating game textures again and maybe add a few pieces to my portfolio. This is part 1. I plan on adding a few color layers and damage it a bit but figured someone might find it useful to look at the layers. I'm not sure if earlier versions of Photoshop can open CS4, you'll have to try -sorry. The full size file is 1024x1024.
This is all 2D as I am interested in trying to nail a Photoshop job - my strongest skill. I do have to brush up my 3D tools eventually but need work sooner than that.
Well, not sure if this is of interest but I poked at the texture a bit today. Don't really like the control panel that much but it does tile if you need a test texture. When I finish fooling around with it I'll post a final PSD. You can right click and save it right from here.
