trying to make a selection image on the player that is below there feet. I have a code that selects the player but having trouble making an image under the player.

If you mean something like a shadow, use ent_decal, or use the decal shadows from the latest version 7.66. For decals you'll need the A7 Commercial version AFAIK.

Thanks for replying, I have the A6 comm version, I will check on that, don't want to change the shadow, just make it so that you can see that the player is selected with a image underthem.

c_trace from player to ground, and place the image at target poision, or just set images poisiton under the players feet.

you can do like quadraxas said or you can put the image on player.z position if the players pivot point is in the bottom of his legs
