AUM Magazine has a huge collection of tutorials.
The Online Manual and Online Tutorial are already very detailed.
There's no way to learn 3DGS while reading and trying it step by step - IMHO, it is not a lack of the quality of the tutorials.
Another magnificent collection comes to my mind, look for the Kinji tutorials - they do actually add some very useful informations to what I mentioned before.
