I got a bitmap animation that i need to be able to bend on surfaces like ent_decal does. Is it possible to use ent_decal then animate the decal? Or does any1 else have a different method of doing this?

If i understood it right...:
try to take your animation as an little texture!
fill in the bmp into a .wad, and then structure your surface with it...
I hope my english is not to bad, and that i'd helped you with your Problem
