What you need exactly?

I dont know a stereoscop plugin. But Slin have written a good blue/red shader. With that you have with the standard blue red glasses a 3d-3d game^^

Ok I want to make a game and this games i want to put a plugin or code for generate the sensation of 3D when i put a glasses for 3D
