The WED fbx importers need a global scale option. (Or is there some hidden way already to do this?)

In most 3D-applications people use meters but gamestudio uses quants which are very suboptimal for directly being used as meters.

Yes, quants are suboptimal to meters. They normally are much smaller. I'd also anytime prefer one meter over one quant.

We'll implement a scaling option.

Another annoyance of the fbx importers is that they don´t seem to support hard/soft edges correctly. All edges of models are soft after import which doesn´t look nice on buildings and stuff like that.
