Please dont spam the bug forum, its for bugs only. When you want to learn how to do fog and its not covered in the tutorial, then please ask in the shader forum. Im no shader expert but you could just check out the standard Gamestudio shaders for learning how fog is done, I believe they use a "DoFog" function from the shader library:
Out.Fog = DoFog(In.Pos);
