That depends on where you need the values to be changed. In case you need it from the beginning you place it at the beginning of the entity's action. If you need it at special occasions changed, then you have to write it into an if-condition within the while-loop of the entity's action.

I'm changing it without problems as I described. Reading your first post again, I see that you seem to expect an effect within the trace instruction, but it won't change anything in that line because the trace goes downward, and there's nothing that would place the entity different because of that line.
I am trying to make the player stay on the ground al the time, using the box at his feet to do that. But when it isent at the feet , the player stays up in the air.
I will figure out what I have done wrong soon
