hi i was woundering how i would make a animated logo.

ive an animation in .gif format. but the logo ive at the min is just a pcx image. how do i change it?

You just can't make them in frames. You make them in one frame and one image. the use "my.frame" to move. Remember to put +X after the name of your image. X = The number of frames (Image copies) in your image.
