i'm realy new here and dont know what goes where (also i dont have the best grammer eather), but any way i'm realy confused, every time i try to test some simple code all it says is this; "Main script not found - check preferences" whats this mean? any info would be fine

I'm now downloading Gamestudio to install it again but as far as i remember:
Go to SED -> Preferences -> Check "Run the current script" or something like that, you know

hmmm.... it is check'd, and i still get that message.

Try going to the 'Debug' menu and clicking 'Set Main to Current', maybe that helps. I think you also have to save a script before it lets you run it, but i'm not sure.

Another thing too, make sure your file is not named "untitled".
This also causes 'odd' error messages.
