i need to know how to jump in a 3rd person plataform game
i tried something like this
function jump()
{
my.z +=20 * time_step;
}

function main()
{
.......
on_w = jump;
}

(in the player action script i did
c_move(my,nullvector, vector(joy_force.y/0.5 , joy_force.x/-0.5 , -2), GLIDE);

the -2 in the z vector is to create gravity, and it works fine except that the player ascend and descend to fast

I would make a animation in MED where the Player jumps. Because with theis my.z it doesn't looks good:)
