Can you make a simple game with cs models.Just all walk cycles shooting scripts.Including not all characters just few .Terror and CT.
That game will be as exapmle for us.
Maybe that example is anywhere,let me know where.

Well, I dont think you'll find an example of cs quality somewhere. Even tough the concept may be rather simple, coding something like this is rather difficult.
I would start with a basic singleplayer shooter first.

Even if there would be an open source code for something like this you wouldn't understand it as a beginner.

Start simple (and I mean really simple) and learn step by step.

In my opinion you shouldn't start by using the gs templates until you understand what each line stands for and what it is doing.

Write your own little scripts and check out how gs and games work.

I think about it too I must learn the basics

i think recoding CS as a single player game may be easy enough, coding it as multiplayer is where it may get tricky

FPS are not good for learning basics, start with lite-c workshops and aums first.

May be simple enough in most terms, but not in terms of AI.

I also agree with Quadraxas tough: Its pointless to start an FPS if you are a total beginner.
