if i have a button and i press that button a panel should appear containing another set of buttons.

how am i going to call this panel that it should only appear once i click that button?

For example, initially you can set the panel attribute INVISIBLE on. Moreover assign a function to the button and that will be triggered when you push/press the button. In that function reverse the INVISIBLE attribute value, and your panel will be appear suddenly.
