Hello,

Just a quick question, I tried to code some stuff using Script Editor, however when I compile, nothing that I changed in the code seems to work or change. Is there any problems with Script Editor and Win 7?

Thanks,

-DouG

In SED, goto Options > Preferences > Environment and make sure 'Use current file for Test Run' is checked.

There is another option.
SED > Preferences > Engine > Main script
If you fill this option, you have to clear/uncheck the Use current file checkbox.
In this case you can use easily more than one script files, don't have to care which one is active in the editor window, when you start your application.

Cowabanga, Saying that gamestudio works great with Windows 7 doesn't help much.

Agreed, sed isn't so good. I have a6/7 and I found one major problem - sed eats the free memory on each debug run. Sometimes I had similar to xDoug issue running application under sed... Right now I'm using other environment to code.

No, what I'm TRYING to say that Windows 7 is compatible with Gamestudio. Not like some people who think that Gamestudio won't work with Windows 7.
