I want create a sandbox game. However, I do not know how do I change levels. I want this game like GTA, but I don't know levels' design? How can I missions' logic as GTA ? Sorry for my bad english.

I'd recommend looking at some tutorials first before deciding to make some levels. The AUM is a good place to start and find tutorials for making games, and might even contain the exact scripts you're looking for. You'll have to search them though.
