I have a scenario and I want to know if there is anything wrong with it:

I would like to develop a visual novel / RPG to promote my brand (not using Pro Edition). After I finish, I would like to pack it into a Windows Installer. The installer would not mention 3dgamestudio. The installer would put all files into a folder and then put a shortcut on the desktop. Whenever a user wanted to play the game, a window would be placed on top of the lite-c default window. This window would have a picture and the text "Proudly developed using 3dgamestudio." and a Hue/Sat modified A7 logo. Then, the game would start.

In the Manual you can find this under legal stuff
there used to be a logo that had to be shown, but it is not mentioned since the late A6's. however, this is not in the manual of the newer versions, so it probably is not needed.
so according to the manual there wouldn't be anything wrong.

I think A7 does not require logo anymore.

If your window contains a version of the A7 logo and the website address, you can display it on top of the startup panel.
