"Generic Match-3-Clone No. 23923" sounds like a good candidate to me
Try focusing on the parts that are unique to your game. Just like "Bejeweled" highlights that its all about jewels. Otherwise, try to keep the name either really short and memorable or make it overly long, complicated and weird (which also makes it memorable). An example for the former would be the Indygame "Gish", but also other one-word-franchises, like "F-Zero", "Pokemon", "Bejeweled", "Peggle", etc. An example for the latter would be "Professor Layton and the Curious Village". An example for an overly long title that doesn't (well, maybe kinda) work would be "Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers" - just keep clear of the dreaded ":".
So, tell us. Whats unique about your game? It's in space? Call it "Space Commando Three" (since its a Match-three-clone). Is gameplay closely tied to music? Call it "A peculiar tale of colored stones and their deep desire for musical harmony". Does it feature lots of painfully cute little figures? Then give it a cute name, like "Awww" (the joke being that there are three "w").
Or is it just a generic Bejeweled-clone just like the thousand other Bejeweled-clones out there? Because in that case, why even bother. Just pick the name at the top of this post.
