Whenever I place sprites in the MED it seems as though they aren't lighted by the sun or my lights. I've tried playing around with the flags in the sprites properties to no avail. What am I doing wrong? The only way I seem to get the sprites 'lighted' is by playing with their ambience... is this the only way? Do sprites not react to lighting and the sun?
yes they do, i dont know what youre doing wrong, maybe theyre not being placed above the ground? they need to read the color of the light on the ground below them...
but that doesnt explain why it doesnt light from dynamic lights though
