I have tried out of the really cool shaders on that shaderwiki thing.
But I seem to have a problem with the fur shader, for some reason the models I try it on just look very swollen, and without fur, what am I doing wrong?

the fur shells don't have the correct transparency then. are you sure you have put the noise bitmap into the alpha channel of the fur bitmap correctly? maybe you have to set my.transparent=on; for the entity.
