I get an editor warning error message "WARNING W091 Region disaligned".

There is NO mention of what it is or how to solve it in the manual.

Ok, I learnt that this warning means that either an entity, or the level origin is outside all block boundaries. I think you can safely ignore it, as it won't affect the rendering of the level.
