well, there are differences, yeah. Extra doesn't have the A7 watermark ingame, it supports WDL and Plugins and it compiles to an exe, so nobody can see your code. Free version not compiles to an exe, but creates a exe file that compiles your code when you open it.

I found this website, there are some features of each edition. But if you look to the price of the extra-edition, it is not free, so I'm a bit confused, maybe it's an old list... Nevertheless, i post it ^^: 3DGS-Features
