I'm looking for someone who would like to create a decent 2D art for my project. The art wouldn't have to be AAA class, but a so good looking that the art wouldn't look like placeholder.

There is no payment at this point, though the subject can be discussed, the time you'd spend on this is free to decide; I wouldn't be on your neck everyday and asking where article X is. You would get almost free hands which way to go with the art. Anyone interested?
