I want to put a picture in my level without using a block for saving on objects, so i want an unpassible picture that doesnt follow the player like a sprite. How do i do this if it is possible?

create a sprite and rotate it...
or reset the ORIENTED flag
or set the DECAL flag...
read the manual...

...or simply place it in WED in the level and change the angle of the sprite by a angle, at least a small one. The engine recognizes it as one that shall not turn to the player.

Couple of questions on this guys... Im to lazy to test ATM...

1> Setting a sprites pan to NOT zero stops auto-face-camera. What does pan=360; do?

2> Placing a sprite in WED... Is is NATURALLY an obstacle? Or are sprites by default PASSABLE?
And can you turn its PASSABLE off?
(I thought sprites had no mesh and therefore could not collide with anything except other sprites...)

1 - 360 switches to 0
2 - it has a collision box by default, you have to set it to passable to avoid colliding
