Do you own the rights to distribute this model and the others you are selling quite unusually using an image sharer instead of a seriouse webspace?

Well... this got interesting in rather short order.
I have looked at this model and I'm quite impressed.
The animation is well done and the creation of it is also nicely done.

This morning I spent a couple of hours looking at the model and its animation.
The orientation is off 90 degrees, there are a few to many frames and the models location is a bit to high as far as it's location to 0,0,0 which affects its banking characteristics.
None the less... the animation is very life like and I enjoy flying as such a culturally revered historical creature of ancient mythology.

Now... to address Hummels' concerns...
Hummel, your concern is most defiantly viable and needs addressing.
I just spent some time investigating the internet looking for this model and if it is offered elsewhere.
I found nothing except for this: http://www.3dmodelfree.com/models//26647-0.htm ... and it is defiantly done by someone else.
So... the bottom line is... I understand your question Hummel and I'm glad you ask... but I also understand advertising using free recourses.
ChoiJ... Nice work! I like the model so much that I plan to use it in my new "Super Secret" project...
But, please assure us that you and you alone created it as well as all of your advertised work and the textures!

Phoenix is not my creation, because I am not an artist, to clarify. author is V-wing (he was unemployed, sad), member of my team ,team members are from various countries, We come together because of love game. We do not want to establish regular commercial site sales (might be able to sell a lot of money), because they do not care about money, I asked the author, he replied:Because the interests and hobbies .Of course, some of them may work in the commercial game companies . do not have to worry about Income.

I also proposed to establish commercial site for sale, but they do not agree, because it evolved into a formal work, to be bound

Hummel and TerraSame: Actually I have bad experience with such situations, especially when someone gives models for free. Most of the time there was something to hide (except in the case of Loopix or Rincewind). That is the reason why we let our artists sign documents and why we want to see images of the construction process.
Often some "artists" forgot the source of their BHV animation, of some of their textures and even meshes. They just "found" it at their hard drive. And when they have a bit of a conscience then they give it away "for free". But this means in many cases that it is not really free. People always think they do no harm, when they give it away for free, just remember those dozens of free game projects remaking a well-known game or scenario, using intellectual properties of other companies.

I would suggest to ask V-wing in person to get at least a bit more security. It can still be unsafe of course.

license is necessary to release commercial games. Your view is correct, some artists can refer to the same game to make models. But perhaps at your request, the need to create the artist recording process. This way can we ensure that the originality.Indeed, many models are of unknown origin (including commercial games), difficult to distinguish.

i didnt see the animations, as i had to convert from milkshape to A6 Mdl7, but i like the model and textures.
