how could I get position of the entity according to screen (not world)? Something like pos_x/pos_y for panels.
I want to attach panel to each moving entity which will move with it.
Or is there a better way to make strategy-like health or info bars for entities?

'vec_to_screen'/'rel_to_screen' are what you need The manual has an example on attaching a panel to an entity.
