for the water reflection your need a enviroment cube sader ...OK
and your need a model to atach the sader ...ok
but the model need split in little faces and to move continually so that you work

solution:
your need wait for a6.3, and put a enviment cube sader in PH_WAVE entitie

you could use an animated water plane with some waves. not all normals will be the same then and the reflection probably will look better.

egf did you read the AUM code about the water.. i guess that you didnt casue there is a way to simulate random water waves using 'sin' parabula and its change the models normals in random sinquence
you shuld take a look at that article
now you can give me the shader env tut
