Does Conitec require Logos of its product in games made with the engine? I have read the license and it seems not. But i want absolute confirmation!

You need to show the 3DGameStudio's logo for 3 seconds if you publish your game commercially.

Even if you don't want money, it's nice to show what engine is in use

Logo display:
Free -> onscreen
Extra -> startup (the Lite-C logo in the startwindow)
Commercial -> startup (the Lite-C logo in the startwindow)
Pro -> optional (only if you want)

So it´s displayed automatically at startup and / or runtime when it´s requested.
You don´t have to worry about it.
The big splashscreen was required back in A6.

Now i know why i went to Unity no logo required under their Eula! I thought Conitec did away with their logo too..... I guess it was not true!!! Only in the Pro pity really. Now i will soley create games in Unity with there indie and pro versions.

i think it´s not a shame to create a game with A8.. So.. why not showing the Logo?
I use A8 pro.. and i´ll always show to logo as Splashanimation at startup..

Unity Download -> Licence Comparison -> Deployment -> Custom Splash Screen -> Only for Unity pro

"Instead of showing the Unity splash screen when your application starts use your own splash screen or none at all!"

Hint: It´s useful to learn to read before you try to write games.

Esper: Logo's are just a distraction from the game itself. Plus its an advertising scheme to boost sales for the engine. I see money is not enough for such companies! They obviously want more.... *shaking head*
